2. What is the purpose of the processing and legitimate interest of UNEN?

To gain access and/or use some of the Services, it is necessary for users to previously provide UNEN with certain personal data, which UNEN will process and incorporate to an automated file, with the corresponding purposes in each case; however, data provided by the user to UNEN are fundamentally intended to render the services offered by this Web page, mainly answering to the contact, suggestion or request made by the user.

If the User provides third party personal data, it will inform those third parties on the content of the provided data, the existence and purpose of the file where their data are contained, the possibility of exercising rights, and it will identify UNEN and must obtain the consent of that third party to communicate its data to UNEN.

3. Which data do we process and for how long?

UNEN will process:

UNEN will process and store data while the user is active in the service, while there is an active relationship on the trade, business and/or customer level, and also during the statute of limitations of legal obligations, arising from possible liabilities related to processing of contact data.

UNEN guarantees that it has adopted the pertinent safety measures on its facilities, systems and files. Furthermore, UNEN guarantees the confidentiality of Personal Data. However, UNEN will disclose to competent public authorities Personal Data and any other information in its possession, or which is accessible through its systems, and is required in accordance with legal provisions and regulations applicable to the case.

5. User rights.

UNEN fully complies with all laws applicable to data protection and user privacy. To do so, it reserves the right to unilaterally, at any time, and with no previous warning, amend the conditions of this Personal Data Protection Policy to make it suitable with regard to any regulatory amendment or to any change in the display and setting of the Web.

8. Claims before the control authority.
